Mystical discovery and intuition means a special kind of cognition and knowledge that is obtained through the stages of austerity, asceticism, piety and purity of the soul, in which the mystic discovers the truths of the universe in the form of present knowledge as it is. Since some scholars, especially jurists, have focused on discovery and intuition and have introduced it as an imported topic in Islamic epistemological discussions, it is very important to carry out the present research based on the verses of the Quran as the most important source of Islamic knowledge and Sharia. The current research, which is descriptive and analytical, was compiled using first-hand sources and the following results were obtained: 1. Discovery and intuition as a type of direct and intuitive knowledge are confirmed both in the Qur'an and in hadiths; 2. The tools of discovery and intuition, in addition to revelation, intellect and heart are also confirmed and emphasized by mystics; 3. Mystical discovery and intuition is not only not in conflict with Shari'a, but it is concurrent with it. 4. Many verses have been interpreted by commentators on mystical intuition and discovery, for example, verses 29 of Anfal; 22 categories; 75 tips; 69 spiders; 128 Nahl and 257 Baqara can be mentioned.
