Abstract

One of the determining factors of human behavior is personality. This article is compiled with the aim of investigating the role of personality on the organizational behavior of employees from the perspective of revelation teachings. The research is "applied" and the research method is descriptive-analytical. The most appropriate Quranic word that evokes the concept of personality is the word "Shaqleh". "Shakele" means queen, religion, religion and tariqat, creation and nature, intention, temperament. The Holy Quran has mentioned the personality and behavioral characteristics of humans in many verses. Those who have positive personality have positive performance and those who have negative personality also have negative performance. Human behavior is based on the shape (personality) of each person, and this shape itself is influenced by the environment, discretion, heredity, nature, and human needs. Explaining the role of character depends on knowing the contexts of its construction. The effective factors shaping human personality can be divided into internal (intrinsic) and external (geographical and social environment) factors. Internal factors are uncontrollable and out of human control. Social and cultural environment factors are controllable and acquired. The controllable environment and optional human behaviors are acquired and constructive of the actual character, which explain, change, modify, control and predict organizational behavior depending on them.
