Good and bad political relations between countries have many positive and negative effects on the implementation of national and international policies, which are beyond the power of the organization implementing the policy and are not under its control. From the Islamic point of view, political relations and diplomacy are important, vital and effective for the implementation of policies. Whether it is based on Jihad or peace or Da'wah, each of them has a specific effect on the implementation of the redistribution policy. Although Islamic diplomacy, based on revelation, considers the rules governing the relations between Muslims and infidels; But there is a difference between the scholars that the principle in Islam is Jihad or peace or Da'wah. Some are in favor of the principle of Jihad, according to this theory, the principle of the relationship between Muslims and non-Muslims is based on war, and peace is nothing more than a complication. On the other hand, the view of the priority of peace over war is that they say absolute verses are bound by binding verses. Some people have suggested the authenticity of Da'wah, that in the tradition and tradition of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), both in Makkah and Madinah, there was a covert, open and extensive invitation to the tribes of the Arabian Peninsula and the leaders and governors of the neighboring countries. This research has been carried out with the theme analysis method and has reached the following results: the emphasis on good political relations, its importance in the Islamic perspective, the emergence of three different perspectives: the perspective of the authenticity of jihad, the authenticity of peace, and the authenticity of the invitation.
