Abstract

Kinship relationships are one of the topics of human societies that have always been a special concern of religion and divine guidance. Because the purpose of human creation, according to the Holy Qur'an, is to worship God and to test them as to which one is more virtuous. This importance can only be achieved by following the direct path - which is the path of Islam - and includes all the rules and knowledge needed by humans, including the way of kinship relationships. We have received many themes from the Quran and hadiths in the field of kinship ties, and Islamic scientists have always paid attention to the effects of kinship in human culture in their social analyses. In this article, the issue of the importance of kinship ties has been discussed based on the Qur'an and the traditions of the innocents (AS). The result obtained is that relationships based on kinship can be the source of worldly and hereafter good works if its structure and relationships are in accordance with and derived from divine commands and decrees.
