Abstract

The forgetting of the educational duties of fathers and the diminution of their educational role, especially in the current era, has resulted in unfortunate effects and consequences in children's personality, family environment and society. In Islam, the educational duties of the father in wide dimensions and at different stages of the child's life have been explained in an educational system that can be separated and categorized by referring to verses, traditions and religious texts. In the period before marriage and before the birth of a child, the separation and explanation of these duties have been discussed from the perspective of Islam.
